Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FlashSpeed Courier JA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FlashSpeed Courier JA provides international and local shipping services via air and sea freight, including package handling, consolidation, and delivery where available.

3. Customer Responsibilities

. Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items shipped are legal and permitted under Jamaican law and the laws of the origin country.

  • FlashSpeed Courier JA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

FlashSpeed Courier JA does NOT ship:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Flammable, hazardous, or toxic materials

  • Counterfeit or stolen goods

  • Perishable items without prior approval

Any prohibited item discovered may be confiscated or disposed of without refund.

5. Shipping Schedule

  • Shipments operate three (3) times per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather, or unforeseen delays.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are fully responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

  • FlashSpeedJA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available to approved locations.

  • Proof of identification may be required upon delivery.

  • FlashSpeedJA is not liable for packages left in a safe location at the customer’s request.

8. Fees & Payments

  • All shipping fees must be paid in full before release or delivery of packages.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Unpaid packages may be held or returned at the customer’s expense.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

  • FlashSpeed Courier JA is not liable for damage caused by customs inspections, improper packaging, or acts beyond our control.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of package receipt.

  • Compensation, if approved, is limited to the shipping fee unless insurance was purchased.

10. Package Storage

  • Package/packages may be stored free for a limited time.

  • Storage fees may apply for uncollected package/packages.

  • Package/packages unclaimed after an extended period may be disposed of.

  • Package/packages that are not collected within 7 days after arrival will be charge a $800 fee and everyday after that a $200 per day charge will be added

11. Limitation of Liability

FlashSpeed Courier JA shall not be held liable for:

Basic liability coverage may be included up to a specified amount.

• Additional declared value coverage/insurance may be available at an extra cost.

• Flashspeed Courier JA’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of: a) the amount paid for the shipment, or b) the declared value (if insured), minus applicable charges

12. Changes to Terms

FlashSpeed Courier JA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
